Alison began working as a studio vocalist at the age of 18, and soon became the voice of countless national Australian commercials. Classically trained, Alison sight-reads to a high level and is equally proficient working by ear.  

 

Alison works quickly without compromising quality. A highly experienced studio vocalist, Alison is a mezzo with an unusually high belt. She has vast experience recording backing vocals for television, film, commercials, pop sessions, film sessions, in small ensembles, as a soloist and working as part of a large choir. She is a strong improviser and exceptional at harmony work and multi-tracking. 

 

​​Alison is booked by various UK vocal contractors and producers.

She has provided backing vocals for Crossroads Pantomimes for almost thirty years and is a regular backing vocalist for the music producers of Carnival Cruises and other cruise lines.
