R.E.S.P.E.C.T. is based on Alison's sellout one-woman shows in London.
Alison pitched the show to the Halle Orchestra. After some collaborative tweaking with the Halle's pop programmer Sue Voysey, and bringing another female vocalist into the mix, the show premiered with the Halle Orchestra at the Bridgewater Hall in Manchester in September 2023.
The show has since been performed with the RTE Orchestra at the National Concert Hall in Dublin and the National Opera House in Wexford.​
